Jasmine Watkins joined the NAMI Chicago team in August 2024 as Chief Program Officer. She brings deep experience advancing access to quality mental health care through program design, service delivery, leadership development, and board involvement.

Before joining NAMI Chicago, Jasmine led program and content development for a digital mental health startup, creating culturally responsive resources to support generational health. In previous roles, she fostered innovative partnerships to alternatively fund services for vulnerable populations and served as Clinical Director for a psychotherapy practice. Jasmine’s experience spans both nonprofit and startup sectors where she also shaped internal structures to support employee well-being through professional development, total rewards, and mentorship.

Jasmine earned her BA in Psychology and MA in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University. Jasmine is passionate about holistic self-care and enjoys pilates, traveling to visit family, urban hikes, and exploring the Chicago food scene.
