Lacetti Fields joined the NAMI Chicago team as Director of People Experience in 2023. She brings over 20 years of experience in HR, talent management, diversity and inclusion practices, workplace engagement and compensation programs and has held various HR leadership roles within the for-profit sector where she proudly helped shape the future of corporate responsibility through mental wellness and neuro-inclusive initiatives.

Lacetti earned an MBA in Human Resources from DePaul University and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. She is a working mom that enjoys cheering on both her sons at their many activities and works hard to keep up with their active schedules. A few of her other favorite things include front porches, floral design and sunny 70-degree days.
