Lacetti Fields, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Lacetti Fields serves as Senior Director of People Experience at NAMI Chicago, where she leads the organization’s people strategy and talent initiatives to support a thriving, engaged, and mission-driven workforce. She brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, and workplace culture. Prior to joining NAMI Chicago in 2023, Lacetti held progressive HR leadership roles within the for-profit sector, where she helped shape corporate responsibility efforts through mental wellness and neuro-inclusive workplace initiatives.

Lacetti earned an MBA in Human Resources from DePaul University and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. She is passionate about building workplaces where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work in service of their communities. Outside of work, Lacetti enjoys cheering on her two sons at their many activities, floral design, relaxing on front porches, and sunny 70-degree days.
