Maggie Morse, MPH

Associate Director of Strategy

She/Her/Hers

Maggie is the Associate Director of Strategy at NAMI Chicago, where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and advance community impact. With experience spanning nonprofit leadership and public health, Maggie specializes in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and translating strategy into action.

Prior to this role, Maggie led a citywide wellness initiative supporting community violence intervention professionals and served in strategic leadership positions focused on organizational alignment and priority initiatives. Before joining NAMI Chicago, she held multiple roles at the Chicago Department of Public Health, supporting executive operations, strategic planning, and community-based public health efforts.

Maggie holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Global Health Equity from Loyola University Chicago.
